Reservation and confirmation
The reservation agreement can be entered into verbally, by telephone, in writing and by e-mail.
After receipt of your reservation or request, Bed & Breakfast “Het Twiscker Huys” will send a confirmation (if space is available) and the reservation is final.
Terms of payment
The accommodation costs in Bed & Breakfast “Het Twiscker Huys” must be paid in cash, by pin or in advance before departure.
The owner can deviate from these conditions in consultation with the user. For a reservation from 7 days and longer, the owner can request a deposit of 50% of the agreed rental price.

Cancellation policy
In the unlikely event that you are unable to fulfill the reservation made, you must report this to us as soon as possible so that we can offer the date that has become available again.
In case of cancellation or no show, the tenant pays a fee to the owner.

Terms and Conditions
Bed & Breakfast “Het Twiscker Huys” uses the following general conditions. These are in effect from the moment of reservation up to and including the stay in our B&B.
General Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Bed & Breakfast “Het Twiscker Huys” Dorpsweg 202 1676GM Twisk. Hans and Norma Hilhorst are the owners and managers of Bed & Breakfast “Het Twiscker Huys”, further referred to as the owner. The owner can be replaced. Tenants must have a permanent home or residence.
The owner of the B&B is not liable for damage, loss or theft of property of the users. In case of disputes, all (legal) costs are for the account of the users.
Damage and loss of movable and immovable property of the owner must be reported immediately by the tenants and, if desired, reimbursed to the owner.
Guests must follow owner's instructions. The records of the owner are decisive in case of disagreement unless the users can prove the contrary.
Guests of Bed & Breakfast “Het Twiscker Huys” must adhere to the house rules.

External booking platforms
We use the services of various booking platforms such as Booking.com, Bedandbreakfast.eu. etc. The owner of the B&B Het Twiscker Huys website cannot be held responsible for the use of your data by these organizations.
These organizations must also comply with the provisions of the "AVG". We refer to their terms.
What does this mean for you in concrete terms?
Only simple personal data of guests (such as name, place of residence, (incidental) address, telephone number (s) and e-mail address) are processed and managed by the owner of B&B Het Twiscker huys to make a reservation, pay tourist tax, etc.
These processing operations provide a sufficient basis in the GDPR to use the personal data.
The personal data is stored digitally on a laptop / PC that is only managed and used by the owner of B&B Het Twiscker Huys.
Only the owner of B&B Het Twiscker Huys uses and has access to the personal data from time to time. B&B Het Twiscker huys is obliged to keep specific data for the tax authorities for seven years.
